Send us a list via email of proposed consignments with images for review by a specialist. 

Upon request, ship your material to us. Discuss Estimates, Reserves, and other charges with a specialist. Consigned items must be received at Lando Autions at least 30 days in advance of the auction date to allow for catalogue preparation, advertising and promotion.

Review, sign and return the Consignment Contract. Your consignments will be placed in an appropriate auction.

We will email you ahead of an auction containing your consignments a link to the online catalogue.

You will receive an email, within two days after the auction, indicating the Hammer Price achieved for each of your items.

Lando Auctions will issue payment within 21 calendar days after the auction.
 
Consignment Costs

Consignors are charged a commission based on the Hammer Price of each Lot. The standard commission* structure for fine art auctions is on a sliding scale:

20% of the hammer price for lots selling under $2,500.00;
15% of the hammer price for lots selling from $2,500.00 to $7,499.00; and, 10% of the hammer price for lots selling for $7,500.00 and over.
* Minimum charges may apply.

The standard commission* structure for non-art auction items is on a sliding scale:

30% of the Hammer Price for lots selling under $1,500.00;
20% of the Hammer Price for lots selling for $1,500.00 and over.
